Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website processes and why, under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act. The French version (confidentialité) prevails.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics. Your colour-scheme choice, if you change it, is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Design-partner form

• Data: name, work email, company, and optionally role, primary cloud, spend range, drivers and your message.
• Purpose: replying to your request and discussing a possible design-partner engagement.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted, unless a contract is signed.
• Recipients: the Sovrift team only. Data is not sold or shared for marketing.

Processors and location

Website hosting, the form function and the transactional email that forwards your request to our mailbox run on infrastructure operated by Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France) in the European Union. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Google Workspace), which may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Technical logs

Like any web host, our infrastructure records technical request data (IP address, date, requested URL, user agent) for security and operations. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors. The form function keeps your IP address in memory only, for a few minutes, to limit abuse.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to contact@sovrift.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
